Why when identifying dissimilar (overlapping) region stretches out the image in dissimilar (overlapping) areas? #78

I am identifying dissimilar (overlapping) region using indoor weights but the model stretches out the image output in dissimilar (overlapping) areas, why so? dissimilar2-0 1
