Openpnp integration #350

It would be really cool if running an openpnp job would automatically update my part-db server data.

I dont think its reasonable, to put something like this into Part-DB itself. However I am currently working on an REST API for Part-DB, which allows external applications to interact with Part-DB. Then it should be easy to write a small script, which performs some action in the Part-DB database, on a certain event.
