Implement a custom JSX _jsx function to convert _jsx calls to template HTML.

Render native HTML components as plain strings
Compose custom JSX Elements into strings, but follow all other logic
Integrate into ts-node so that JSX calls are automatically converted to HTML strings
Restrict scope so that said conversions are restricted to the PS submodule
