GIVEN AN ADMIN USER AND A "WEATHER" BUTTON WHEN I CLICK ON THE WEATHER BUTTON THEN A SET OF FIVE CARDS DISPLAYING THE FIVE DAY FORECAST IS DISPLAYED.
