Can't find tkinter_designer.py in directory #195

It shows C:\Python310\python.exe: can't open file 'C:\Users\Aditya\Desktop\MCA\SE Project\Tkinter-Designer\tkinter_designer.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

I can't see any file generated in the directory
