When i copied and pasted copy of project and token, he is writing about ampersant &

The ampersand (&) is not allowed. The & operator is reserved for future versions. Add double quotes before and after the ampersand ("&") to pass it as a string.

 + FullyQualifiedErrorId : AmpersandNotAllowed

Have you tried to use the suggested option of wrapping the ampersand in double quotes @DIMASTRONG ?
