Need step delete functionality #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a multistep test case (one with steps managed by TestLink)
2. Decide that your last step is superfluous and try to delete it
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One should be able to delete a test step. There seems to be no facility to do 
so. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.3
