Cannot assign platforms to test plans #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create test plan
2. Add test cases to test plan
3. Under Platform Management, create serveral Platforms (ie Android, iPhone 
Blackberry)
4. under test plan contents, Add / Remove platforms

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An interface appears called Add. Remove Platforms to test plan: <test plan 
name> where i can add or remove the platforms i created

When i click on Add / Remove platforms, the screen refreshes but nothing 
appears. the entire center of the screen remains empty.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

testlink 1.9.6
Windows 7
IE 9/10 and Chrome exhibit the same issue.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have checked and have appropriate permissions to create new platforms. Are 
additional permissions required to add platforms to a test plan?
