Redmine URLs #189

We had a comment in our last meeting that it was hard to read background information about issues on the minutes. Is there a way that we can attach a Redmine URL to a main agenda item, and then reference that prior meeting agenda item in the new meeting? This way we can bring up issues from old meetings and reference all of the background materials. Otherwise, we are copying everything again and again, and we will miss a lot of references.

That's why you have the task button, the tasks pop in each meeting the same groups appear. This way, as long as the task is not completed we can see what must be done

I do not see where the tasks pop up. Can I then create tasks with each of the Redmine tasks and then be able to reference them each time? Perhaps we did not save the agenda items as tasks and need to make sure to do so? I also need to figure out the groups a bit better. Some of the definitions did not click with me, as does the meaning of many of the options. We have big tasks and small tasks in reality, and only the big tasks have a Redmine ticket. Small tasks often fall through the cracks. We will have to arrange a tutorial and working group for all of this stuff.
