I tried to launch congressus locally and it didn't worked.
Dockerfile is fixed so it can build again with previous needs.
docker-compose file has been simplified and mysql service has been added.
Also a nginx conf was missing, a simple conf has been added to make it working.
I think a lot of things are missing to get a fully functional congressus working locally but it's a starting point.
