open game not working #11

I'm trying to modify Outward with Partiality (version 0.3.11), and when I try to modify the game for the first time, going to file => open game => finding Outward.exe, I click on open and nothing happens. In the preferences also nothing opens and nothing happens, everything is updated.

The launcher still doesn't show games and "Game name" in the title.

I am having the same issue, were you able to resolve it? It also seems like if i click: Refresh Mod List, Clear Mod Metadata, Uninstall Partiality the launcher will crash.
