error cant find bin/partialitylaucher.exe' #7

windows can't find the partiality laucher.exe folder what can i do to fix this problem? I've tried all versions and the folder is in place left as it was image so with this problem is he cant find the exe so what i make?

just open "PartialityLauncher.Desktop.exe" in bin folder. or properly download and unzip last release

Close MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner and it will work. What happens is that those two programs lock the d3d9.dll that Partiality needs to start up

but I can't figure out how it works for you
