Discourse integration

• [x] Get API key and url for default discourse (e.g. Plato Discourse) from an env var,
• [ ] Store discourse link (API key etc) per organisation
• [ ] Store discourse category per event
• [ ] Create new thread by bot when creating new idea
• [ ] Show comments from the corresponding thread on discourse
• [ ] Allow the user to connect their account to an existing discourse user
  • In later dev we'll help them create their discourse account as well but so far we assume that they can do that themselves
• [ ] Post comments from Plato to Discourse through user's discourse account
