blocked video bypasser? #201

I think it would be pretty useful if this can somehow allow iridium to bypass blocked videos and allow any video to be played.

Researched this feature back in the previous extension, but it would require a proxy of sorts to channel through the video data, which is what video bypassers do, in fact they do it as a VPN from the ground up.
