Ability to not show shorts (reels) on YouTube.

Feature has been configured to allow short videos on the main 3 pages; home, subscriptions, and search: image

The reason behind this is people might want to see shorts in their subscription page but not anywhere else, and since this level of customization was relatively easy to do it was worth adding that extra flexibility instead of a blank on/off everywhere option.
