YouTube is changing the chat to stay on the right all the time in theater mode #942

Although the sidebar chat feature implemented in #936 hasn't been released yet, by sheer coincidence YouTube has recently updated their current UI to keep the chat on the right side of the page at all times when the video is in theater mode.

This change pretty much renders the Iridium sidebar chat useless, which is a good thing since it is one less thing to test and maintain.

I will keep the feature in the queue for a while in case YouTube reverts this change.

The sidebar chat feature was merged into the super theater for the previous UI, and should leave the chat behavior untoched in the new one.
