Make video focus player tool more clear #950

Currently the video focus player tool is a bit confusing and makes it look like it is a feature itself, instead of an option to show a shortcut in the page to control the feature without having to open the extension settings.

Might rename them into shortcuts as well because player tools seems to also add to some confusion.

Tools section has been redesigned to be more clear overall, and the video focus details have been improved too.
