ASQ recent ATTs failure seems to be related to the Core ATTs optimization PR

@yvesgoeleven I've raised an issue https://github.com/Particular/NServiceBus.AzureStorageQueues/issues/269 how we could address it on our end.

ASQ issue is fixed. ASB doesn't appear to be affected.
