Roll back the removal of the obsolete in https://github.com/Particular/ServiceControl.Plugin.Nsb6.Heartbeat/commit/745d9f23b0e3815c88abc3c1231d81ffbf0ba2a7 and bump the version instead, This was prompted by this conversation about obsoletes in the plugins. -> https://github.com/Particular/ServiceControl.Plugin.Nsb6.CustomChecks/pull/32.
