Native integration samples should be available in multiple programming languages

These samples are unique in that they provide an alternative integration with the rest of the customers system, but we only provide c# native samples.

Many of our customers would appreciate, and often ask for, direct samples or even packaged code to help them integrate the dispatching of NServiceBus compatible messages from other languages.
