[FEATURE REQUEST] Get Map Icons from Workshop #13

Description and Motivation -Let PAM get the Map Icons from the Workshop so that map icon packs become obsolete. It would be awesome for server owners and for clients. Because many map icon packs are often very big and overloaded and some map icons are misleading. Map icon packs also increase the download time for clients. There are also often scenarios were some map icons are in no map icon pack ... . It should be possible to include such a feature. (Maybe also add a convar to disable this feature.)

Such a feature would be no problem to include. I already added a "hook" to allow custom icons to be displayed. I may write an extension to do that soon.

Turns out someone has created a PAM extension for automatically downloading map icons: PAM Automatic Map Icon Downloader 🥳

I don't know if their addon works, but it looks like it probably does. I'll close this issue as obsolete now.
