There should be a client sided pam setting that sets the desired pam ui.
This setting should be of a unique type that only ever allows one or no ui to be active at a time.
Motivation
When multiple different PAM UI addons are installed they will both be enabled by default, which is not desired for new players since everyone will have to configure it.
Having a setting of a unique type will allow there to only ever be one ui addon active at a time.
