Reponse for POST/PUT/DELETE #54

Looking at the API wiki (https://github.com/PartyStream/projectPS/wiki/Event-Object), I think the responses for each each verb (other than a GET) should be documented as well. Example: after creating a new event, what should I extpect back?

Ok I'll put sample responses for all the requests. Are you ok with the proposed response structure in the wiki?

@mdewolfe check the wiki, I updated it with sample responses for each verb. (Also using the new response protocol)
