Fix Ensemble Average FER for Binary Erasure Channel #1

Cannot obtain correct results for Ensemble Average Decoding Frame Error Rate Curve for the Binary Erasure Channel. Needs more trials - which needs methods to be more optimized.

Noisy Results for Ensemble. Probably needs more trials.

Additionally, for repeated curves, first curve gets the right results and the rest seem to vary - probably a fault in the code, but needs to addressed

Need to examine if general row or column transformations generate new codes? Roman said it's not the case, but it's something to look at
