Use the Usage Function, will have to integrate with the Data Structure - code needs some serious generalization for usage

H matrix and it's inversion to G is messing about - but otherwise solid. Aim to finish it today. Ugly code being written though - it's not overwriting so it's okoay but needs adjustment for the long run
