Output an SVG of the sampled likelihood values for bayesian runs.

This will require the following changes in the command-line arguments:

--bayes_log INT becomes --bayes_sample INT. The behaviour stays the same
new option --bayes_log that writes all samples in an output file. After the Bayesian run finishes, this file will be used to create the likelihood landscape image.
