Baptizing the software #48

We should baptize this package with a proper name. Some suggestions:

  1. keep it the same: delimit (I'm against it)
  2. change it to: mptp an acronym for multi-rate ptp.
  3. change it to MrPTP, again an acronym for multi-rate ptp, that follows the fashion of MrBayes.
  4. anything else you propose.

I Think mptp is best, since people already know and use ptp,

Okay, Paschalia will change the repository to mptp and I will change all references in the code and close the ticket once it's done.

all mentions of delimit in source files and man pages changed to mptp.
