remove prior options from menu #56

These options don't need to be displayed any more..

Prior options: --prior_exp REAL
--prior_ln REAL,REAL
--prior_uni REAL,REAL
--prior_bin INT,REAL
--prior_nbin INT,REAL
--prior_gamma REAL,REAL
--prior_beta REAL,REAL

probably many of the visualization options should be also removed.

removed prior options. I left visualization options for now, we can decide in the end which options to keep.
