Add option for disabling AIC testing #69

In single-rate PTP, the user can disable the Likelihood-Ratio-Test by setting the p-value to 1.

In multi-rate mPTP, there is currently no option available to disable AIC-Testing. Also, if AIC selects the Null Model, no warning is printed on the screen.

We should change this. Especially because sometimes the rejected alternative hypothesis of having several species still shows interesting results.
