"CR10 - WIRE" - SWITCHWIRE Core XZ - Is the BEST of BOTH worlds possible? #2

SUPER HIGH QUALITY and FAST printing - is this possible?

My idea, is which I hope can be implemented into a CR10 - WIRE, is to build the CR10 WIRE 100% core XY, with for example a small low volume extruder and a small nozzle like if we go to fairly the extreme a 0.3 mm nozzle.

I then want to print the outer 2 to 3 walls with this small nozzle at 0.08 to 0,12 mm layer heights for the utmost detail in all walls.

The infill, I then woutld like to print with a high flow extruder with for example a 0.8 mm nozzle.

With the small nozzle I could then print all the outer walls 5 layers x 0.12 mm layer height, which equals to 0.6mm in height.

The idea is then to come in with the 0.8 mm nozzle and print for example up to 1.2 mm wide and up to 0.6 mm high infill.

This is because printing big functional prints that require up to 80 % infill cannot be feasibly been done with only a 0.3mm nozzle.

Will it be possible to leave the 0.8mm nozzle on the CREALITY CR10 as the x axis works stock standard, and then mount the 0.3mm nozzle on the CORE XY configuration as for the CR10-WIRE conversion?

The 0.8mm nozzle can the maybe be parked on the right side of the printer, and the 0.3mm nozzle maybe on the left side of the printer.

The printer width must then maybe be increased with 100 mm to keep the non printing nozzle out of the way of the printing nozzle, without loosing 50mm from each side of the print bed.

Is this proposed idea then possible to slice and print with slicing software?

For it to remain a CR10 at all it would be Core XZ instead of Core XY as you would need someplace for the dual pathing. and the gantry is fixed so the axis is shifted 90 degrees.

As to how fast it will be? We expect to hit around the same levels of the Switchwire currently the only change will be the build platform from the Prusa i3 size to the larger 300cube. If you are looking for accuracy with speed the best option would be going with a fixed bed CoreXY such as the 2.4 as you can already build one in the 300cube platform. We just wanted to expand the possibilities in the bed slingers.
