As of v0.7.3, user is provided a warning if a parent_body is left as "not_assigned" during export. Joint exporter can deal with the parent_body being "ground" or "World", without the joint actually being parent to such an object. Importing OpenSim and Gaitsym models pre-fill ground and World as parent_body, respectively.
There needs to be an option for designating a root joint. OpenSim calls the parent "ground", gaitsym calls this "world".
