Feature Request: App tour for updated features #171

I think the App Tour and feature Highlights are wonderful, and while it seems that as of this moment they have not been updated since they were implemented. I would anticipate that they would be at some point (though understandably low on the priority list) and so I suggest that with each major update an "Update Tour" feature would be a boon, introducing any new features that might have been added since the last update the user installed.

I suspect the largest barriers to this feature would be localisation and dedication of time to a feature that is not directly functional
