This should fix #17, as well as implementing #16

Added more config entries for new mechanisms implied in DSP new version:

Add config entry for Advance Mining Machine: Default Gathering Speed
Add config entries for Logistics Distributor: Charging Power, Bots Inject Percentage and Always Guess Filter.
Add config entries for all Logistic Buildings: Enable Auto Replenishment and Output Stack Count.
