RejectedExecutionException - add task, remove task and hit Execute #2

Hello there, I'm playing with your tool and after few quick clicks I get this.

I have added some tasks, then removed them all and clicked execute, do not know if this is intended behavior, but I would expect bit more readable output.

Sorry if this is 'bad' bug report.

I believe I have ferreted this issue out. There were a number of cases where it occurred. Dismiss/Cancel task. I changed the run model some and Task cancellation occurs once the current task has completed. I'm still testing a fed edge cases, but I haven't had this issue personally in awhile so I am pretty sure it's addressed. I'll leave this issue open until I am 100% certain.

The new workflow model seems to have fixed this. 6 months since the fix and no errors of this type for me.
