With the config options "standardBanPlayersWithBannedIps": true, and "autoBansFromIpBansAreSilent": false, with a discord webhook set up, a webhook will be send for every time an ip banned player joins a server, flooding the channel if they spam join.

This is on BanHammer 0.7.0
