[feature] random uplift jetstreams #3

While flying over warm oceans or high mountains you may experience a large uplift from jetstreams. A natural alternative to using wind in a bottle.

Thought is there's a list of biomes for this to happen in and a probability which both get checked to trigger an uplift. If the biome is like a mountain, plateau, river, or warm biome, etc. the chance for one of these uplifts is much greater. While the probability would happen anywhere so everyone can benefit from these uplifts.

This would make it so you could fly much longer and would have an early game method of getting height besides getting wind in a bottle.

It would also be cool if Campfires gave an uplift stream, as in BOTW :). If that already works, I'm sorry. 😅
