Update to 1.20.5

This draft PR is intended to track the progress of updating this mod to 1.20.5

• undocumented functionality from hover:show_item had to be removed, because there is no longer an easy way to set the nbt of an item

Hey Drex, just saying that so far, this code checks out, and is now required for AfkPlus from 24w13a+ snapshot code, since the 1.20.3 branch fails & linked it in my changes log. Although I would assume that the 24w14a+ update will be sooner or later, but its no big deal thus far; since the code changed very little.

I really only update the Beta branch every few snapshots, as my main focus has been on MaLiLib + Masa's suite of mods, which so far, has been much more involved.
