Adding massively increased flamethrower range #11

Because we made it, I figured I might as well put it up on Github. The range upgrade is now a massive 500 meter range upgrade, which is kind of ridiculous.

Merged this for now. In the future, please use one branch for one specific feature. Give the branch a meaningful name.

Also, make sure you are testing the mods before creating a PR!
