feat: [ReverseTooltip] for making some negative stats be shown as postive as its something we'd want to decrease. #127

ability to apply on stats that the player would like to reduce rather than increase.

There might be problems where we increase something negative, and therefore the increase would be negative; but thats a problem for the future.
