The SkillsTreeInnerPanel just contains a placeholder for content to be added.
We will want to design how we want the skill tree to look, and decide if we want that to also be data driven. I guess that depends on the complexity of the tree itself and if we are going to branch out in different areas or how that will go.
I think for the end goal I'd like to have the ability for there to be the main "Skill" itself and then branch off into "enhancements" for the skill. Something like a mixture from Last epoch and Diablo 4

It requires pathing through a skill that you may not want to use. I'm not a big fan of this.

I like that the tree is curated for the skill itself. So you get to choose your starting point for the skill, not forcing to path through skills you may not want.
Do we want to reuse the passive border and then have images in there? (The diamonds with the paths to them)
