### Link Issues Resolves: #165

Description of Work

Adds in Javelin base item, base projectile and alt use. Adds in Sharpened Stick, Iron Pilum, Lead Dangpa, Iron Angon, and Platinum Glaive.

Comments

Some sprites-to-be-done exist in #165, along with some uniques that are already split into their own tickets ( #252, #253, #254 ).

Fixed the missing } in the localization file. Not sure how that happened, that should cause an error during loadtime.
