feat: add ability to travel to worlds , adds ravencrest

Description of Work

• Adds in the ravencrest world
• Adds the WorldNavigation abstract class for creating new worlds
• Adds in the travel command

Comments

Should allow us to spin up new worlds and travel to them fairly easy. The position wasn't working as intended however at this moment.
