Affixes appear for 1 frame on all items before disappearing when hovered over in the inventory. Their effects, visuals and benefits disappear and cannot be re-obtained.
It's hard to tell, but the affixes may persist as long as you do not hover over the item in the inventory.
Reproduction steps
Get any item with any affixes (uniques will always roll affixes for testing purposes)
Hover over it to see the tooltip
All affixes will disappear
