Ravencrest - Placement of Arcane Obelisk #421

Summary

Right now Ravencrest does not have the Arcane Obelisk in the center of it's town.

As a reminder this is to serve as the waypoint teleport location when teleporting to Ravencrest.

Additionally this waypoint becomes unlocked when first visiting the town, however the player does not have the ability to make their own Obelisk until defeating the King Slime Domain , which is given from Garrick after the first class quest is completed

Reasonings

Provides the ability to interreact and teleport with the waypoint system

image Incidentally made a nicer layout for Ravencrest a few days ago, and added the Obelisk. It's not in the center, is that an issue?

Oh, and the shabby wooden outline is a placeholder for the Wizard's house.

As long as it's in the town I think it's fine, doesn't need to be dead center. This looks great.
