Summary

When a player accepts their first ever quest it should provide a visual indication and information about opening the quest UI for more information. It would be good to display maybe a fadding in and out quest icon, even if they aren't in the ESC menu. It would also be good to display the hotkey they have selected, if they have one.

How's this? The Quest Book icon also flashes slowly, where the player can click on it even out of inventory and open it and it shows where it is. On laptop, can't show it, but it looks almost certainly exactly like how you'd think it'd look.
