The goal of this ticket to have a near Gear type that is for the amulet slots.
These amulets will all have implicits and have specific affixes that can roll on them.
Base Class
Very basic. Just needs to be something we can add consolidated logic around the amulets.
Should be able to be socketed into the Amulet Slot of the inventory screen
Amulets , and jewelry in general, will be a slightly more rare drop than the normal gear types (weapons, armor) however we will revisit the drop table and have that will work in other tickets.
Vigor Amulet
This can drop at area level 1 and above. So immediantly.
