Description

Just started up a new world, and noticed that there are no mobs spawning

Modlist

Path of Terraria
WMITF
Boss Cursor
Subworld Library
Structure Helper
Atmospheric Torches

Tried removing all these mods as well, same thing. So I think it's PoT related.
