Vicous Projectiles do not work with skeleton archers

[X] I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Vicous projectiles work with Phantasmal Summon Skeleton in game, but in PoB they can't support them, but should do that.

What is the actual behaviour/value?

Vicous projectiles add nothing for Summoned Skeleton Archers (Phantasmal Summon Skeleton).

How to reproduce the issue

1- Add summon skeletons 2- switch to phantasmal quality 3-choose summoned skeleton archers under main skill tab 4- add vicous projectiles support and watch it doing nothing. optimal 5- in game vicous projectiles supports skeleton archers.
