3 years ago Talking about 1 issue: Guess it comes from wording: Damage from each Weapon combined. I believe this means you have flat global reduced More , because exported gem also has More modifier with it.
Talking about 2 issue:
As I understand, term "portion" means what portion of damage can be landed with a weapon.
You have 2-handed so with 100% chance to hit, so each hit with any weapon will land a hit.
But, here my off-hand has 5% chance to hit and now my main damage will come only from main hand and portions are 0.997 and 0.003 aswell.
Conclustion: these are not a issue

What is the expected behaviour/value?
When I hover on Ignite -> Ignite DPS, it should show that the
portionmultiplier is0.6.(please see https://poedb.tw/us/Cleave for details about the attack skill)

-40multiplier from Cleave when it's dual wielding.How to reproduce the issue
