How is Path of Building expected to behave?

No enchantment ' Blade Vortex has +3% to Critical Strike Multiplier for each blade' in PoB . At least not for Crown of the Inward Eye

not showing ' Blade Vortex has +3% to Critical Strike Multiplier for each blade' as an enchantment option in the drop-down menu when I edit an item in a PoB build.

It is tagged as vaal blade vortex in PoB which is interesting I wonder if it actually applies to the regular version ingame.

But it is on the list of enchantments for the regular Blade Vortex (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Blade_Vortex ). I've also tested it with 2 versions of Crown of the Inward Eye and a regular non-vaal BV in game. One with +3% crit multi for BV enchantment and another without. With enchantment and at 10 blades in-game DPS - 113,593 (crit multi for BV - 545) Without enchantment and at 10 blades DPS - 107386 (crit multi for BV at 10 blades - 515)

so it obviously working for a regular BV in PoE.
